Vigan City had launched the Happy Schools Movement. The movement seeksto promote every school in the region as a better and enjoyable place to study. In the theme" Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod".
Through this program, the learner's full potential is given the greatest attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture. The movement aims to inculcat in the minds of pupils that schools is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment as they enjoy what they are doing.
As a student we should be more positive. This will help up so to enjoy the lessons that our teacher teach to us. And because of this we will be less pressured.
