Intramurals 2019

                  During September or October we celebrate Intrams.To show our skills in one play or a game like badminton, volleyball, basketball, and more. The Intramurals is very enjoyable.

                  We have our Intrams here in ISNHS and we enjoyed it even yhough it is a very tiry day. 3 days that we have celebrate Intrams. In the third day we have a funbike and zumba helps us to be fit. Intramurals provide activities for students that are fun and competitive.

                  Students get to meet new friends and become involved with programs that have limited time commitments. Sports are much interesting past time.

           

Science Month Celebration

           
                  We celebrate Science Month Celebration here in Ilocos Sur National High School during September and headed by the Science and YES-O Club and advisers. We are celebrating this to thelp other students lessen their attitude like throwing their garbages and ruining the nature.

                  Here in our schoolwe have many activities in connection of the Science month celebration like Photo Envi,G.at Bb. Kalikasan and more. We are celebrating this to widen up our minds through science. Like the Exhibit we have there are many experiments we have seen and the sci tricks.

                  As a student we have to save the mother earth not to destroy it. Plastics must throw in a garbage, do not throw it everywhere. Plan

Happy Schools Movement

                 Vigan City had launched the Happy Schools Movement. The movement seeksto promote every school in the region as a better and enjoyable place to study. In the theme" Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod".

                  Through this program, the learner's full potential is given the greatest attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture. The movement aims to inculcat in the minds of pupils that schools is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment as they enjoy what they are doing.

                   As a student we should be more positive. This will help up so to enjoy the lessons that our teacher teach to us. And because of this we will be less pressured.

Culture of Vigan

              Every September Vigan celebrates the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Cultural Festival. This celebration aims to strengthen the pride in the city's history and culture.


               During September 8, we are celebrating Solidarity.Food establishments offer the famous Vigan bagnet, chicha-corn,empanada,okoy, longganisa, and more that is associated with Vigan. This celebration have lots of activities like zarzuela, Sabatang Pagbigkas, daniw and more. At night of September 8, a cultural show was showcased. It was focus of the Heritage Youth Congress. In the year 1999, Vigan City was listed in the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE Sites and established in the 16th century. And in the year 2014, Vigan now was one of the New Seven Wonders Cities of the World and was inagurated as such on May 7, 2015.

                Even though Vigan was colonized by the Spaniards we didn,t gave up. Vigan was a beautiful place and many tourists are visiting Vigan. This is why Vigan is one of the New Seven Wonders Cities of the World.

Pagmamalaki sa Aming Wika

          Ang buwan na ito ay ang buwan ng wika na kung saan tayong mga pilipino ay ating bigyang buhay ang mga bagay na luma na o mga bagay na di nila binibigyang pansin. Ating bigyang halaga ang mga tinuro satin ng ating mga ninuno katulad ng pagsalita sa ating sariling wika,tagalog.

          Alam naman natin na mga kabataan ngayon ay mahilig na sa mga pagsasalita sa korean o pag awit. Nakalimutan na nilang pahalagahan ang sarili nating wika na siyang kasanayan natin. Taon-taon na ipinagdiriwang ang buwan ng wika tuwing Agosto. Sa aming paaralanmay mga paligsahan sila. Katulad nito ang interpratibong pagbasa, pag awit sa mga OPM na awitin at iba pa. Kailangan natin na isapuso lahat ng tinuro sa atin ng ating mga ninuno. May mga batang ayaw matuto. Minsan kase di sila pumapasok sa kanilang klase minsan may nagkacutting classes.

          Respetuhin natin ang binigay ng Diyos sa atin. Kailangan na tandaan natin na tayo'y mga pilipino at ating ipagmalaki ang kultura at tradisyon ng mga pilipino na ipinamana nila sa atin at ating ipapamana rin sa susunod na henerasyon. Tayo'y magkaisa para paunlarin ang wikang Filipino. Dahil ito ang ating lingwahe.
