Eating healthy foods can make your body strong, like eating vegetables and fruits. We need a daily exercise to maintain our healthy body. Eat some nutritious food to be fit and to avoid illness.
           
            We must buy some nutritious food to be healthy and strong. Avoid eating sweets like ice cream, hamburger, candies, and etc. It will make our body unhealthy. It is important to eat enough healthy foods so that we can avoid illness. We need to exercise to be strong and be fit.

            I learned that sweet foods are bad. It will make your life bad. Enjoy your healthy life. Eat nutritious food for the sake of your life. As they say ”Live life to the fullest”.
